A Las Vegas style casino resides right here in Clark County. Located just off I-5 in Ridgefield, the ilani Casino Resort is a feast for the senses. High quality finishes in glass, wood and stone are not only signatures of the developer Salishan-Mohegan LLC, but also project the culture of the Northwest and their partner, the Cowlitz Indian Tribe. The Cowlitz tribe is a coastal tribe that takes part in the annual canoe journey and has kept their culture alive throughout the region. The Cowlitz proudly boasts of one of the largest pow-wows in southern Washington and now partner in this beautiful premier gaming destination.

They partnered with the Compass Group, a worldwide food service management company to ensure that food quality is up to i.talia.

“It has been a very cool thing for us to be a part of,” shares Adrian. “I have been very impressed with the management and the resort is very upscale and well-appointed.”

Working with the Compass Group, Adrian scaled-down the menu options from the flagship Olympia location. There are plenty of mouth-watering items to choose from including pizza featuring homemade sauce and organic toppings.
