Soroptimist International of Clark County is now accepting applications for two educational awards that provide life-changing opportunities for women and girls in our community.
The Live Your Dream Award supports women who are the primary financial providers for their families as they pursue higher education or job training. It helps cover expenses such as tuition, books, childcare, or transportation, offering both financial relief and encouragement.
The Achieve Your Dream Award provides financial assistance to women and girls residing in Clark County who have demonstrated resilience in overcoming personal and academic challenges. Soroptimist partners with Clark College, Cascadia Tech, and high schools across the county to identify deserving students.
“Our mission is to empower women and girls through education,” said Marilyn Brown , President of Soroptimist International of Clark County. “These awards not only provide financial help, but also encouragement to keep moving forward, even in the face of obstacles.”
