Sixteen teams competed despite the leftover hazy conditions brought by wildfires to the east. Between registration fees, raffle tickets, and course contests, the tournament raised enough funds to donate $1,250 to the North County Community Food Bank.

“This year’s event was so inspiring because the people here take care of their own,” said Amy Tanska, Executive Director of the Battle Ground Chamber of Commerce. “Everyone was here to raise money and fill the donation baskets for the North County Community Food Bank.”

The event’s success is also attributable to event sponsors iQ Credit Union, Chappelle’s Towing, Legions Realty, Dan’s Tractor, Learning Avenues Child Care Center and Mill Creek Pub.
