Rocksolid Community Teen Center invites all teens in the 5th-12th grade to attend “Teen Takeover”, a fun event to be held Friday, May 11th at the Battle Ground Community Center, 912 East Main Street, from 7:00-10:00PM sponsored by iQ Credit Union, Total Merchant Concepts, The Reflector, Renners Real Estate, Halbert Construction Services, Blairco Heating and Cooling and Corwin Beverages. For only a $5.00 entry fee teens’ will be treated with numerous things to make this evening special. A DJ from High Fidelity will be entertaining with games and music. The Magic of Craig Martin will surprise youth with his tricks. Teens will get to enjoy a burrito from Taco Bell, soda from Corwin Beverage, and a smoothie from Dutch Bros. Battle Ground, cotton candy from Your Party and Event Center, and popcorn from iQ Credit Union. The teens will be able to take home a keepsake photo from VIP Photo Booth. Door prizes will be given out donated by the Rocksolid Board members and numerous local businesses.  Prevent Together: Battle Ground Prevention Alliance, Family and Community Resource Center – FCRC – BGPS, and Hope Line Clark County will have informational booths set up. Teens should bring school id to check in for age verification. Students will need to sign in and out. Once signed out of the event, teens cannot reenter. About Rocksolid Community Teen Center

Rocksolid Community Teen Center offers a safe place after school for 5th – 12th-grade students in the Battle Ground and Hockinson School Districts. The teen center provides caring mentors which help with homework, play games, make crafts, teach life skills, offer free healthy snacks, contribute to community service projects and much more for only $20 a year per student. Rocksolid is located in the lower level of Bethel Lutheran Church, where they have graciously donated the space.
