Fourth of July will be here before you know it, which means it’s time to plan what your family is doing for the long weekend! There is plenty to do for the July Fourth holiday right here in Clark County. We’ve got parades, music, festivals and of course lots of fireworks. Check out this list and plan your fun now. Summer Fest 2023: Picnic in the Park

July 1: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Fort Vancouver Historic Reserve

Head to the Parade Grounds and Officers Row for a day of fun! There will be two stages with live music and entertainment, games on the lawn, magicians, face painting and more. For those over 21, there is a beer garden with beer and cider tastings. And when you get hungry there will be food vendors the whole family will love. Fort Vancouver, the Visitor Center and the Pearson Air Museum will also be open for tours! Find out more on the Historic Trust website.

4th of July Rendezvous Days and Parade

June 30 – July 1-2, 4
Yacolt

Head to Yacolt for a weekend of fun leading up to the Fourth of July. Join the Kickball tournament that starts on June 30 at 6 p.m., or come cheer on your friends and neighbors. Teams of 5-10 players can sign up for just $10. The rest of the weekend will have all your favorite activities like eating contests, old fashioned games and races, and a dance.

On the Fourth of July, head out to the parade which starts at 11 a.m. Or, join in for just $10/entry. Your entry must be received by June 28. For more information visit the Town of Yacolt website.

Ridgefield Fourth of July Parade & Festival

Once again, the Ridgefield 4th of July Parade and Festival is sure to be a blast. Everything starts at 8 a.m. with a fun run, followed by a pet and kid pre-parade (10 a.m.) and then the grand 4th of July Parade (11 a.m.). 10 a.m. is also when the festival starts. There will be food trucks and vendors as well as lot of fun activities for the kids. Be sure to enter the pie eating contest (2 p.m.) At Overlook Park there will be music and dancing with live entertainment. There will also be a souvenir booth at the park.

Ridgefield Craft Brewing Fourth of July Celebration

Once again, Ridgefield Craft Brewing is having a full day of fun as the parade route goes right past their door! Their doors open at 10 a.m., an hour before the parade. They will have three food vendors – Smokin Frank’s BBQ, Bella Bee Woodfired Pizza and The Doghouse – opening at 11 a.m. There will also be live music starting at 1 p.m. and continuing through 8 p.m. with an hour break at 4 p.m. For more information, visit Ridgefield Craft Brewery website.

4th of July Cruise

Take a quick drive over the river to experience a fireworks show like no other on the Portland Spirit Dinner & Fireworks on the River cruise.
