Vancouver
4616 NW Franklin Street, Vancouver
If you only have time to visit one spot for a Christmas lights display, make it Christmas on Franklin Street. Homeowners on the 46th and Franklin block light up the neighborhood with a stunning display of 200,000 Christmas lights, Santa with his sleigh and reindeer, Disney characters, a life-sized Nativity scene and much more. Live events during the holidays include visits from Santa and even snowfall over the street on Christmas Eve.
8610 NE 35th Avenue, Vancouver
If you’re driving down NE 88th Street near St. Johns Road, don’t miss the Christmas lights display here. The homeowner has emblazoned the tree in their front yard with Christmas lights and surrounded it with giant candy canes and a sea of colored lights. It’s definitely worth a drive by.
12020 NW 31st Street, Vancouver
Located directly across the street from Thomas Jefferson Middle School, this home brightens the Felida neighborhood each year with its brilliant display of lights and decorations.
921 NE 92nd Avenue, Vancouver
This glorious Christmas lights wonderland shines bright with lighted snowmen, reindeer, Santas, candy canes, giant snowflakes, and a soaring Christmas tree, all aglitter. It’s located just north of PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center and Henrietta Lacks High School.
15601 NE 35th Street, Vancouver
Feast your eyes on a gazillion sparkling lights and colors, inflatable animals, and even an inflatable Santa sitting in an airplane with a revolving propeller. Wow! If you can tear yourself away from this awesome display, also check out 15501 NE 35th Street and 3500 NE 155th Avenue, all located on the same loop.
1719 SE 162nd Avenue, Vancouver
A giant snowman, a waving Santa, numerous colorful characters, and Christmas lights galore will greet you here.
15810 NE 96th Street, Vancouver
Located in the Orchards area, you’ve got to see this one to believe it. The display includes more than 200 large multicolored stars covering the ground, flashing candy canes, swirling colors—all synchronized to upbeat songs. As if that isn’t awesome enough, it’s run entirely on solar power. Be sure to stay long enough to watch it cycle through several of its phases; if the stars on the ground or other features are dark, they’ll soon be alight and flashing psychedelically. Patience pays off here.
Camas
2002 NW Fargo Loop, Camas
This Camas gem features Christmas lights, lights, and more lights, along with inflatable characters, reindeer, a huge Christmas tree, and a large nativity scene.
4155 NW Sierra Drive, Camas
For the last 10 years, the Maguires have been doing a lovely display that is worth the drive! There’s the big jolly man in his sleigh, dancing elves, gnomes and tons of happy Christmas critters!
