2002 NW Fargo Loop, Camas
If you head here from State Route 14, you’ll pass several glittering homes full of Christmas magic. Don’t forget your letter to Santa. 2002 NW Fargo Loop has a special mailbox, a giant hugging teddy bear, several arctic critter friends, and an array of sparkling lights.
1719 SE 162nd Avenue, Vancouver
Set against a farmhouse-style home, you’ll find a yard reminiscent of a Christmas tree farm. Towering above glowing metal trees, a real Christmas tree radiates light adorned at the top by a star. They’ve even wrapped the light post outside their home in red ribbon for the classic old-timey Christmas feel.
15309 NE 7th Street, Vancouver
This bedazzled house emanates light throughout the neighborhood, from Santa’s landing strip on the roof to the dozens upon dozens of gleaming blow-mold figures covering the expansive front yard. And don’t miss the clever neighbor next door with their Christmas magic banter.

There’s a party out front of NE 35th Street full of winter wonderland magic. Find gnomes aglow with light, Snoopy flying his plane, snowmen galore, and a glowing blue river surrounded by forest friends.
15810 NE 96th Street, Vancouver
If you want to experience a futuristic Christmas light display, there’s no place like Christmas Lights on 96th. Jenn and Daryl put up more LEDs than some EDM shows. And much like those shows, the lights are synced up to music. As you drive up, you’ll notice a glittering cube with 89.7 on it — this is your cue to change your radio station to the beloved Christmas classic tunes and watch as the lights sync up.
921 NE 92nd Avenue, Vancouver
There’s a house shining on NE 92nd Street with a glowing crew of Christmas figures. Your hunt for the yetti can end here, standing beside a Christmas tree towering even higher than the giant. As if the Christmas lights weren’t a treat enough, they’ve made their house into a practical gingerbread home complete with “icing” snow trim.
The Marshall House
A fun place to visit all year round, the Marshal House is a must-see for Christmas lights in Vancouver. The Victorian home glitters with lights outlining the classic lines of the architecture. Out front are igloos, polar bears, a rocking horse, gingerbread men, reindeer, and even luminescent dogs. Don’t forget to wave to Santa from the window before you say goodbye.
701 W 19th Street, Vancouver
There’s a unique home across the street from Hough Elementary School with an avant-garde structure known as Stumpy. Stumpy dresses up for lots of holidays throughout the year. This year, Stumpy is a gnome home with little presents at its base.
4616 NW Franklin Street, Vancouver
Franklin Street is a staple of Vancouver’s Christmas lights. It’s an entire block of glittering masterpieces of homes. Each lot has its own décor, but you’ll notice a few repeating themes, like the elves, Santas, and Peanut Gang members. Nativity Scenes sit on green lawns awash in white light, fairy lights cascade down from a tree in a waterfall of glowing magic, and an old-fashioned truck is covered from bumper to bumper in illuminated strands. Don’t forget to check out the Franklin Street events schedule. It’s worth getting out of the car for the photo ops, even when there aren’t any events.
12020 NW 31st Street, Vancouver
For our westside Clark County residents, check out this little treasure. You’ll discover a dazzling roof covered in glowing Christmas trees, snowflakes, and a Santa to boot. Down below, the yard is aglow with a blue river crossed by reindeer and friends. Across the driveway, a giant stocking is overflowing with delights beneath a twinkle-light tree towering as high as the house.
