Elements Restaurant is a great place to have brunch in Vancouver. They have a full brunch menu with unique dishes. Choose from delightfully fulfilling dishes such as the pork tenderloin schnitzel, biscuit and duck confit bread pudding or smoked salmon toast. For moms with a sweet tooth, they have lemon ricotta pancakes and challah French toast. The French toast has warm bourbon caramel, huckleberry chutney, bacon, and brown butter-pecan galato, yum! Of course, you can’t have brunch without cocktails and Elements offers all your favorites, from bloody marys to mimosas. On Mother’s Day, they will have brunch from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. They will have a few special menu items for the day that will be announced on the Elements Restaurant website, Facebook and Instagram.

A tradition for many, Breakfast at Valerie’s normally has a Mother’s Day holiday buffet. While COVID has put that on hold, you can still celebrate mom with a brunch in Vancouver. Their menu is huge, with all kinds of choices, whether your mom wants sweet, savory or spicy, she can find it at Breakfast at Valerie’s. You can create your own breakfast, or indulge in a Belgian waffle or fruit-filled crepes. And don’t forget eggs in more ways than you can list!

This Vancouver brunch spot will be having Mother’s Day brunch from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Their chef is preparing some special items, including prime rib and honey glazed ham. Dessert specials will be available all day. They have an extensive brunch menu that includes scrumptious crispy bread pudding French toast and Dungeness crab cakes.

Frontier Public House

Frontier Public House has brunch on both Saturday and Sundays, so even if mom is busy on Sunday, you can still celebrate with her the day before! They have a good mix of choices, from chilaquiles, which are fresh fried tortilla chips with house-made arbol chili salsa, two eggs and chorizo or shredded chicken. They also have brunch favorites like Belgian waffles and eggs benedict. Enjoy any of their yummy items with a bloody mary made with their own house-made spice mix, a mimosa or a Spanish coffee. Brunch is served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
