Elements Restaurant is a great place to have brunch in Vancouver. They have a full brunch menu with unique dishes. Choose from delightfully fulfilling dishes such as the pork tenderloin schnitzel, biscuit and duck confit bread pudding or smoked salmon toast. For moms with a sweet tooth, they have lemon ricotta pancakes and challah French toast. The French toast has warm bourbon caramel, huckleberry chutney, bacon, and brown butter-pecan galato, yum! Of course, you can’t have brunch without cocktails and Elements offers all your favorites, from bloody marys to mimosas. This Vancouver brunch spot will be having Mother’s Day brunch from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Their chef is preparing some special items, including prime rib and honey glazed ham.
