Lucky leprechauns, art gallery receptions, a “Green Zone” with family friendly “green” activities, a ribbon cutting, prizes, after hours shopping, kids crafts and the wearing of the green will all be a part of the “Go Green” themed March First Friday in Downtown Camas on March 4, 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. Learn more here.

Both McMenamins Pubs are celebrating St. Patrick’s Day 2022 with a family-friendly, all ages celebration! They will be serving McMenamins own Irish Stout with food and drink specials. Their stout is a fusion of “coffee-like roasted barley bitterness & semi-sweet chocolate with moderate hop bitterness balancing a hearty backbone alongside a smooth, silky creaminess,” according to their website. While they are also bringing back their St. Patrick’s Day whiskey, 2022 Devils Bit, it will not be available at either Vancouver location this year. You can be sure they will plenty of Guinness though!

Or The Dublin, an upscaled Ruben with braised corned beef, sauteed onions and peppers, topped with provolone cheese and horseradish on a hoagie roll. And of course, they have Guinness on tap.

Grady’s Public House has some great Irish fusion food for St. Patrick’s Day. Try their Irish nachos to start, which are fries or tots with cheese, pico de gallo, guacamole, onions, olives and sour cream. Chicken or beef can be added too. Then choose between some of their more traditional fare, such as a cottage pie with Irish soda bread, bangers and mash, or a Ruben. They are offering take out.

Dulin’s Cafe is another good choice for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day in Vancouver. They have plenty of Irish food to choose from, including breakfast and lunch items. Try their Irish banger sausage or one of their three Irish potato dishes. Heading their at lunch or dinner? Try a Ruben or some hearty Irish stew. They recommend pairing their Ruben with a Guinness Stout or Harp Irish Lager. Be sure to finish off with an Irish Coffee.
