The Sushi Joint is a sushi bar in Camas that prides itself in making everything fresh to order. Because of this, they can sell out and so if you are looking for a later meal, it’s best to order ahead.  They have a variety of nigiri, sushi rolls and house special rolls, like the Camas caterpillar roll, a spicy tuna and unagi with steamed asparagus roll topped with avocado with spicy and unagi sauce.
