DogPaw is a network of four popular dog parks in the Vancouver area. People assume that the parks are federally funded and receive tax payer money, but they don’t. These parks have to survive on donations by the community. Each park costs $25,000 a year to keep open, and for four parks, that’s $100,000 annually!
