ClarkCountyTalk has local events and activities happening in Vancouver, Battle Ground, Camas and throughout Clark County for your whole family.
The Westwinds Community Band invites everyone to enjoy a FREE one-hour concert for all ages featuring popular selections including marches by Sousa and Fillmore, a tribute to Henry Mancini, highlights from The Music Man, Gustav Holst’s Second Suite in F, and tunes that pay homage to our Pacific Northwest weather. In addition, you won’t want to miss the Westwinds’ premiere of “The Seal Lullaby,” based on Rudyard Kipling’s poem of the same name.
Westwinds is an all-volunteer group of local musicians who have served Clark County for more than 40 years. Bringing musical entertainment to our community is part of our mission, and as a non-profit organization, we are always grateful for donations of any amount. Voluntary contributions may be made at the conclusion of the concert.
